Reasons for Velayudham being pushed to July

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is celebrating his 37th birthday on 22nd June but things are not favorable as his film Velayudham might not be releasing on the big day.

In fact, the actor has planned to release his film Velayudham for his birthday as he thought it would be a perfect way of celebration by his fans on his birthday. But things didn’t favor him as the film is being pushed to June end or July. When done an investigated on finding the reasons behind this, it is known that Vijay is busy shooting for Shankar’s Nanban and Velayudham simultaneously which resulted in a date clash and finally a song sequence and a major stunt sequence for Velayudham were left to be canned.

Mostly the film might be moved to June-end or early July, as the post-production work as well as the audio launch is still left to be done.
