Thala Ajith’s prestigious project Billa 2 is currently filming at the Ramoji Rao Film city in Hyderabad.
Director Chakri Toleti is busy canning important scenes and this is a single 90-day schedule out of which 40 days of the shoot will go on at Hyderabad. The shoot is all set to shift to next location very soon. The next schedule is going to take place in Thoothukudi where Chakri has planned to can most parts of the film. Apart from these locations the film is going to be canned at Goa, Pondicherry and unspecified spots in East Europe.
Ajith is going to romance Huma Qureshi while Brazilian hottie Bruna Abdullah will essay the role of second heroine in this gangster flick. The latest addition to the cast is Sudhanshu Pandey from Bollywood, who plays one of the enemies of Billa.
Billa 2 is the first Indian picture to use the Epic RED camera running at its full 5K resolution. Other key crew includes Selva Kumar as production designer and Yuvan Shankar Raja as music director.
Billa 2 is jointly produced by IN Entertainment (India) Limited (INE) and Wide Angle Creations of Suresh Balaji and George Pius.
